Ordering from EPW

Elite Performance Wear supplies custom teamwear, branded apparel and selected store products. Contact info@eliteperformancewear.com.au or 0433 162 653 for order support.

Quotes & custom production

Items marked “Quote on request” require an EPW quote. An enquiry or saved Design Studio concept is not a production order. Your quote confirms garment specifications, quantity, sizing, decoration, price, freight and timing. Payment arrangements are confirmed with your order. Final artwork, sizes and quantities are approved before production.

Images & your artwork

Portfolio garments show examples of EPW work; they are not fixed designs for every customer. Labelled concepts and Design Studio previews communicate ideas. Final artwork and placement are confirmed separately with EPW. Please supply logos and images you have permission to use.

Delivery & order issues

Read our Shipping policy and Returns & refunds policy for delivery and support information. Contact EPW promptly about a requested change or an issue with an order.

Your rights & privacy

Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable Australian Consumer Law guarantees. Our Privacy policy explains how personal information is handled.
